between companies with universities. Zhongguancun’s entrepreneurial environment promotes the returned overseas entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial activities, and on the other hand, the returned overseas entrepreneurs’
companies further improve the internationalization and free entrepreneurial environment of Zhongguancun, achieving a virtuous circle.
