Analysis About the Education and Cultivation Approaches of the Undergraduates' Vocational Attainment

Abstract


In recent years, all sectors of society have played close attention on the university students’ employment problem. The employment difficulty is an important task that the undergraduates must be face, and the lack of vocational attainment is one of the reasons of it. This article, introduces the meaning and content of vocational attainment, analyzes the problems and cultivation routes in the undergraduates’ vocational attainment education, puts forward that the undergraduates’ vocational attainment education benefits the students’ self-development and society.
