Leadership of Chinese Communist Party Is the Fundamental Guarantee for Comprehensively Promoting Ruling the Country by Law
Abstract
Adhering to the leadership of Communist Party of China is the basic experience of China’s legal construction. Adhering to the leadership and governance of Chinese Communist Party is China’s fundamental political condition and basic legal condition. Leadership of Chinese Communist Party ensures the correct direction, correct organizational mechanism and solid financial security for comprehensively promoting ruling the country by law. Adhering to the Party’s leadership is able to ensure good laws to be established and properly implemented.
